everything was fantastic, fantastic service, beautiful location so close to a restaurant and saint-émilion and vineyards on all sides. i had well-appointed room complete with comfortable bed as well as jacuzzi. the breakfast with homemade jams.

Peaceful location, excellent facilities, relaxing spa, lovely pool area, and beautiful gardens. Enjoyed dinner under a tree, sipping Palanquey wine. Idyllic escape surrounded by vineyards, wish we had more time.

An absolute gem nestled in the hills, this chateau provided the perfect Christmas getaway. the stunning surroundings, surrounded by vineyards and beautiful gardens, created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the indoor hot pool and outdoor pool were a highlight, allowing for relaxation and enjoyment regardless of the weather. the hosts, Melanie and Laurent, went above and beyond to make our stay special, from delicious breakfasts to their warm and attentive service. the location was also key, with plenty of biking and walking opportunities, as well as nearby attractions to explore.

There really wasn't anything to dislike about this chateau. the only minor disappointment was the limited availability of the evening meals at the chateau.

The suite at Chateau Du Palanquey & Spa was absolutely amazing! It had a large private terrace with seating areas and a hot tub where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the garden and vineyards. The room was so cozy and comfortable, with premium bedding and pillow menus to ensure a good night's sleep. Plus, the bathroom was like a dream with a luxurious bath, separate walk-in shower, and double basins. I felt like I was in paradise!

I personally found the seating area in the room a bit small for enjoying breakfast comfortably. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The location of the hotel was perfect as we were surrounded by private vineyards, which made us feel like we were in the middle of nowhere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel amenities were wonderful, including the massage and the pool facilities. What we enjoyed the most was the ability to rent bikes and tour the wine region at our own pace. The vintage decor and the charming staff made it all the more special.

Although the food was excellent, the prices for breakfast and dinner were a bit high for our budget. the area lacked shops, which left us with no other choice but to pay the high prices at the hotel's honesty fridge.
